a picture is worth a thousand words. well what about a few pictures on a wall. what kind of story is that telling?
i love when similar objects are grouped together. that way you get lots of smaller stories that create a bigger picture. one way to achieve this is by hanging a collection of framed art on a wall, or even hanging empty frames on a wall. warning: this must be done right. the uniformity and repetition is key to success with an installation like this. the space between each frame should be similar in width so they each share a similar border that the wall creates.
